  • Do I have to sign any long-term contracts?
    No. You may pay monthly or yearly and you may cancel at any time. Due to the low cost nature of this service we cannot provide refunds. We do charge the first and last month of service and so you are entitled to the last 30 days of service if you decide to cancel.

  • What does unlimited calling mean?
    Unlimited means you can call at any time for as long as you like without paying more than $3.95 per month. This service is for residential use only. Business use is strictly prohibited.

  • How do I make a call?
    First dial your local access number so you connect to our network then enter the number you want but, you do not dial the 1 first.

  • Can I make calls from my cell phone?
    YES! You may register your cell phone and dial using the access number then dial your number without the 1. Only press SEND ONCE when dialing, never press SEND again to the destination number or you will be billed for long distance by your provider! If you subscribe to call block you need to remove this first so our servers recognize you as a registered user.

  • Will you expand the service to more cities?
    We have many new cities planned for service in the very near future and they will be listed on the website.

  • Do I need to switch phone companies to use this service?
    No, you still need your phone company for local calling though. We are an add-on to your current service for long distance only.

  • What if I share my home with family or roommates?
    The system will recognize your home phone number as a registered user no matter who calls from that number.

  • Where can I call to?
    You may call anywhere in Canada or anywhere in Canada and the US depending on which package you have purchased.

  • Can I register more than 1 phone number?
    Yes! Unlike other services you may choose to register both your cell phone or your landline as long as both are in your name.

  • I have residences in more than one area code, can I register different area codes under one account?
    No, but you may purchase additional accounts at the same low price.

  • I moved and changed my phone number what should I do?
    Simply call customer support and we will register your new number.

    Simply call our customer support and we will be glad to help you.

  • Can I register more than one person?
    No, our network only recognizes your numbers.

  • Will I receive a bill in the mail?
    No, billing is automatic with credit card or PAP bank withdrawl. The bill is always $3.95 a month because there are no minutes to count so there is no need for a bill.

  • Why do I pay the $10.00 annual fee?
    The $10.00 annual fee allows Worldline to maintain a high level of service and provide the lowest cost long distance service in Canada.

  • Service Restriction and Abuse

    The service provider reserves the right to restrict any user and/or phone number from using service if it is determined that the service is being abused or for any reason determined by Worldline.

    The following are reasons for restriction and are classified as abuse. If need be call detail information will be passed to the proper authorities as per CRTC regulations.

    - telemarketing through this free service is not permitted;
    - crank calling or prank calling is not permitted;
    - modem use;
    - faxing;
    - autodialing equipment/predictive dialers;
    - this service is for voice only.
